Rooster Caulk Tips Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We want you and your flock to be happy! We offer a [30]-day return policy, which means you have [30] days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Perishables: Such as bird feed or supplements.

Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders.

Personal Care: Items such as livestock grooming products (if the seal is broken).

Sale Items: Items purchased on "Final Sale" or gift cards.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., a different rooster breed print than ordered), contact us immediately at rooster@chaulktips.com so we can make it right.
5. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
